Dachshund Dog Chocolate Orange Treats Cover

This is a knitted Dachshund, that has been designed to cover a chocolate orange. Once the chocolate is all gone, this item can still be used as a decorative item.

Why not pop some doggie treats inside instead? Or add a little dog tag with the pets name?

The cover measures approx. 9.5cms.

The pattern includes instructions on how to make the dog with a list of abbreviations. The pattern is written in English & can be printed onto 1 piece of paper (front & back).

All pieces are knitted flat on a pair of straight 4mm knitting needles (US 6). The pattern is worked using stocking stitch.

The pattern uses DK yarn (double knitting or light worsted weight); less than 25g (80 yards) of black & oddments of brown. You will need a pair of brown safety eyes & a safety nose.
