“Den Gule” are the Danish words for “The yellow one”.
This is the women’s version of the feminin yellow cardigan. This cardigan is worked from the bottom edge and up with a lace rib and a 2-color flower pattern on the yoke. The sweater has a combined round and raglan yoke and sleeve construction.
The pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 25 stitches per 10 centimeters i.e. a yardage of approximate 300 meters per 100 grams. (pictured in hand dyed (natural dye) Merino 300 from Chester wool Company).
This pattern includes directions for a size S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL with chest width 99 (105, 111, 123, 129, 135) centimeters and a length of 61 (63, 65, 66, 67, 68) centimeters. Size Small pictured.
This pattern is written for a knitter who is familiar with 2-color stranded knitting (worked in the round as well as back and forth). Directions ia s combination of charts and written instructions.
