This Knit Hat is perfect for both: children and adults. You may also wear this hat as a slouchy hat, or fold the brim, and wear as a beanie. The hat is working in the round. There is no carrying of yarn across the back of the work. To make this hat, I use the slip stitch pattern.
All sizes have a lot of stretch, and easily fit larger than normal.
