Dilly is a scrumptiously soft, cosy and feminine cowl which will keep your neck and throat warm this winter. Deliberately loose fitting with slightly tighter edges, this creates a blouson effect which shows off the stitching beautifully. Dilly can be worn either over or under a top layer as it is light weight and not bulky. Knitted on 4 and 5 mm circular needles. Tension: 20 sts and 29 rows to 10 cm square over Stocking Stitch using 4mm needles. Photographed in the colour Alpaca Light. Knitted in Purl Alpaca Designs 100% pure alpaca Fine yarn. A substitute yarn is shown below.
