Double brim crocheted hat

You do not need to knit to be able to make double brim hat! The pattern uses Tunisian crochet knit stitch to create this super warm double brim hat.

The pattern has been written for following sizes- Preemie (1-2lb) uses 30g of yarn Preemie (3-4lb) uses 40g of yarn Preemie (4-5lb) uses 50g of yarn Preemie (5.5-6lb) uses 65g of yarn Newborn uses 80g of yarn 3-6 months uses 110g of yarn 6-12 months uses 120g of yarn 12 months- 3 years uses 135g of yarn 3-10 years uses 155g of yarn Teenager uses 190g of yarn Adult woman uses 220g of yarn Adult man uses 245g of yarn

Please note yarn quantities are tension dependant.

The tension has been set to 9 sts x 12 rows in Tunisian knit stitch to measure 5 x 5 cm. I used 7 mm Tunisian crochet hook.

I used The Mermaid's Purse Yarns hand dyed superwash merino DK yarn (225m per 100g hank).
