The Double Crochet All Day Raglan is oversized, yet fitted in all the right places. The turtleneck and fitted sleeves give it a modern look and help balance out the boxy-ness of the body of the sweater. I designed this because I wanted a chunky statement sweater that was long enough to cover the bum but didn’t look like I was wearing a shapeless rectangle. I added my own personal touch by working the neck as a cowl turtleneck and slim fitting sleeves.
This pattern has been professionally graded + tech edited to be as correct as possible.
There are 4-6” of positive ease in this sweater. It is meant to be oversized in the bust with deep raglan increases so that the underarm of the sweater is much lower than your actual underarm. The sleeves then decrease to become more fitted in the arms, ending just before the wrist.
Gauge: 6” = 6.5 sts x 4 rows in stitch pattern.
