Drop Stitch Shawlette

This is an easy beginner knitting pattern to make a nice shawlette to wrap around your neck when it is chilly. Stitches uses are garter stitch and drop stitch. Size of the shawlette shown is 13.5 x 53 inch / 35 x 135 cm. You can make it larger if you want, just continue knitting until you have no yarn left! It is knitting flat on straight knitting needles.

100 grams – 408 yard / 425 meter of any kind of yarn, you could use hand dyed yarn, sock yarn, wool, acrylic, leftovers to make a colorful shawlette, etc.
