This is a pattern distributed wholesale by Jul Designs, along with the no-sew French Curve closures that give it style and versatility. You can buy this pattern (and the hardware) from your LYS and from several online retailers. Please see the store locator at www.juldesigns.com to find your best source. The pattern will be available late January 2012.
Pattern takes just one skein of Yarn Hollow Burly, which is a super-bulky single-ply wool, or 3 strands held together of the Mountain Meadow Wool Sheridan. I have a mitts pattern coming out shortly which will use up the rest of your leftover Sheridan.
