Dry Stone Mitts

These mitts are the perfect unisex accessory for the in-between seasons. A companion piece to the Dry Stone Cowl, if you accidentally work the wrong number of a set of rows, don’t worry ~ your mitts will turn out fine, and will be unique. Just remember to make the same mistake twice!

Worked in the round, from the top down.

The different sizes are achieved by using different gauges and there is a suggested yarn weight for each size, but any yarn that gives you the correct gauge can be used.

Small: 5.5 ~ 6.5” wrist,
6.5 ~ 7.5” palm (exc. thumb)

Medium: 6.5 ~ 8” wrist,
7 ~ 8.5” palm (exc. thumb)

Large: 7.5 – 9” wrist,
8 ~ 10” palm (exc. thumb)

Yarn:
Small ~ 150 yards sport weight
Medium ~ 160 yards worsted weight
Large ~ 170 yards aran weight
