This is a cuff-down sock pattern designed to be cosy and comfortable.

The amount of yarn needed depends on the size and length you are making. (see notes below)

This pattern also works wonderfully with sport weight yarn! Use the same needles and stitch count as with DK

For a looser fit or for wider feet try using a bigger needle such as 4mm.

**Good to Know!**DK yarn doesn’t tend to go as far as standard sock yarn/4ply so I thought you might find it useful to know how much yarn the largest test knit sample pairs took

Medium Size: Made to fit a UK size 5: 10 repeats of pattern set on leg and 14 sets on the foot = 86g

Large Size: Made to fit a UK size 5.5: 10 repeats of pattern set on leg and 15 sets on the foot = 87g

X-Large: Made to fit a UK size 10.5: 12 repeats of pattern set on leg and 17 sets on the foot = 96g
