The pattern is written in a recipe-like style and is set out similarly to a worksheet (without the added worry of trying to figure out the math, there's a formula for that)
It also includes lots of detailed notes that will walk you through making the perfect flouncy skirt to your exact measurements!
You could make it a mini skirt to wear over some leggings if you wanted to, or even make an elegantly long maxi skirt, the choice is yours!
It uses a 4.5mm hook, along with some DK yarn (or a thin cat 4 if prefered.) The yardage will entirely depend on the size you make but you'd approximately need between 200-2000yrds.
