At low tide - or “Ebbe” in German, when the water recedes from the beach, a smooth surface of the water is created. Often the sea calms down at low tide.
“Ebbe” is simple and calm design. The diagonal lines reflect the outgoing water.
The bandana cowl is knitted from the bottom up. Starting at the tip, you knit brioche in rows. Later you cast on additional stitches to work in the round.
I use two contrasting colours to best show the effect of the brioche.
