Eleni Vest

Eleni Vest is part of my Endless Summer Collection, released 31 July 2017.

American crochet terms are used throughout. Please ensure you know how to work them, or your result may be drastically different to mine! B. The Eleni Vest is worked in basic double crochet until the ‘skirt’. Within the skirt, each row increases in stitch length, ending with a row of QTR Double ‘V’s to create the lace effect along the bottom edge. C. The Eleni Vest has 5 ‘sections’. Top, Skirt, Right side, Left side and the ‘String’. The side sections are the same, but worked as though the row is continuing, so that the row ridge pattern stays the same. The String section is worked after the rest is complete. D. You will use between 260 - 280m (275 – 300yards) of the yarn you choose. Aran Weight (10ply/#4) yarns work best and they work up really quickly, too. E. I love making this with Berroco Indigo (recycled denim), but it will work with any Aran Yarn.
