This pretty hat has a gorgeous, interesting texture. The color I used for the sample reminded me of Elsa from Frozen, so that's why I decided to name this the Elsa Beret.
Flower embellishments were made using fingering yarn and an F (3.75 mm) hook.

- measuring tape (this hat is made to measure according to the standard size chart provided in the pattern for head circumference and hat height.)
