Here’s my homage to Encanto’s magical candle baby blanket knitting pattern; perfect to imbue your little one with love, family and magic.
Knitted in DK yarn, the finished size is 60x80cm, plenty big enough for a cot but can easily be enlarged by adding more rows and columns- I show you where to add within the pattern.
The pattern is simple to follow, and uses 400g of white plus small amounts of other colours so perfect for a stash buster.

It is knitted in intarsia, a type of knitting which uses multiple colours to create a pattern or image. Alternatively it could be knitted using a stranded knit (or Fair Isle) technique.
