This design is knitted in the round and you should have a good working knowledge of knitting bobbles and lace - or - at the very least be an adventurous beginner who loves the look and is keen to give it a go!
The Festive Fever Cowl is of a generous size and as such may also be worn over the head as a hood, without taking coverage away from the neck area.
