FINAL ENCORE was born out of a desire for a SUPER THICK, generous sized shawl to wrap around me, during a sudden cold snap over our New Zealand winter, in July 2021.
It is the last in a TRILOGY of DESIGNS that are worked TOP DOWN, each starting with a high stitch count & then decreasing ALL THE WAY to the end. The first 2 shawls in the TRILOGY are: Encore & Encore 2

Double stranded DK, as I designed & knit it, uses approximately 1136m in TOTAL. (=568m x2)
