This simple net market bag folds into itself to make a handy carry along pouch. The pouch is small enough (about 7 inches across) to tuck into your purse and pull out at the grocery store or farmers' market. It calls for readily available Lily Sugar n Cream cotton yarn but you can substitute another worsted weight yarn.
The bag is about 17 inches long but you can easily make it longer or shorter; it is very stretchy to fit lots of groceries or vegies.
