This is my FREE Preemie Baby Rainbow Stalk Beanie and Pixie Hats knitting pattern. You can make both of these fabulous hats for preemie babies. Lets brighten up special care baby units all over the world by making these hats for delicate premature babies. The knitting pattern provides full instructions to make these hats in 5 preemie sizes Xs (1-2lbs), S (2-3lbs), M (3-4lbs), L (4-5lbs) & XL (5-6lbs) and there are photos to help you with the simple makeup. Both hats are worked flat on 3 mm needles in any 4ply yarn of your choice and use very little of each colour (less than 10g) so if you buy a ball of each colour you can make LOADS!!!
