Frida the flamingo is approx 54 cm tall if made with the recommended yarn

Basic crocheting skills required - no fancy stitches

Frida is worked in the round

I have set the skill level as intermediate as there is a fair amount of shaping

Any yarn can be used but a thicker yarn will increase the size, a thinner yarn will decrease the size

Materials needed

Cotton 8/4 (4ply) in 4 different colours

100 g of colour 1 (pink)

50 g of colour 2 (cream)

50 g of colour 3 (black)

Small amount of white yarn for the eyes

3 mm crochet hook

Approx 100 g of fibre filling
