Get ready to hit the beach and ride the waves with this happy little camper van with flower power decorations. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the van is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). A crochet hook is used to crochet single chains for the surfboard roof straps. The colour-work is knitted stripes, and the details such as flowers and window struts are embroidered after knitting. For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish. The finished van is 13cm tall x 14cm wide.
