This pattern is knit with both summer and winter in mind, to keep the Goddess and her children in comfort at all times of the season. Worked in the pattern of the wings of the Goddess Isis, Goddess of the Moon (blue) and mother of the Sun (Yellow).
Fingering weight (540 yards) will bring you a span shown of 58 inches across the top. Finished in an Aran or DK weight, you will have a 60 inch top span - or larger if you complete your finished scarf using Worsted or Aran weight, including the added section for the fingering weight knitters.
