SIZE when worked over 5cm by 5cm (2ins x 2ins) square over 13 stitches/16 Rows, is approximately as follows:

BOOTIES: Sole appox. 9cm long x 4.5cm wide (3.5ins x 1.5ins) & 9cm Total Height (3.5ins)
