Meet our absolutely adorable Guinea Pig. He's cute, cuddly and very lovable.
This Guinea Pig is suitable for advanced beginner knitters and assumes an understanding of basic stitches and standard knitting terms. Our Guinea Pig is knit flat and sewn together using a mattress stitch. We encourage you to customize your guinea pig however you like. We suggest using shades of cream and brown, but choose any colours you want.
You will need approximately 30 m of medium weight cream (C) coloured yarn and 20 m of medium weight brown (B) coloured yarn. With this yarn, use 4 mm (US size 6) needles. You will also need a small amount of yarn for embroidering the face, stuffing (we use polyfil or wool) and a tapestry needle to sew your guinea pig together.
