There’s something so cozy and awesome in the idea of a knitted dress, isn’t there?
The dress is worked in two ways: the lace yoke is worked bottom up, while the body and sleeves are worked from top to bottom. The dress is knit mostly in Stockinette stitch with a gorgeous lacy yoke. A-line shaping is not only comfortable to wear but flattering as well.
Gauge 24 sts and 34 rows = 4” in St st on bigger needles after wet blocking. Take time to save time - check your gauge. If necessary, adjust needle size to obtain the correct gauge.
