When looking for patterns of rompers I was hoping to make, I struggled to find many that I liked. I often crochet in a 'winging it' style and design my own makes... and that's exactly what I did. I made some sketches and got making & writing. I only really make a note of my patterns for my own good, not intended for others. The Harlow Romper (named after my youngest daughter) got a good response on my social media pages, and I was asked many times to publish it. So after working out the changes for different sizes and asking some lovely crocheters to test the pattern for me, it was ready!
