Harry The Hungry Hare

Harry The Hungry Hare is a beautiful sleepy bunny rabbit made out of self striping yarn so there is no need to change colours! He comes with a pattern for his hat, scarf, and yummy carrot.

Materials needed: 70g or 2.47 oz self striping double knit yarn (I used Elle Pullskein Double Knit Print - Shrimp), 5g or 0.18 oz turquoise double knit yarn, small amount of light brown double knit yarn, small amount of orange double knit yarn, small amount of green double knit yarn, 3.25 or 3 US knitting needles, stuffing, one set of 10mm safety eyes, 80cm or 32 inches of either Aculon, Tiger Tail, fishing line, or black sewing thread for whiskers.

Methods used: Cast on using the thumb method, knit or garter stitch, purl, stocking stitch, M1R, M1L, SSK, K2tog , P2tog, cast off, sew the pieces together using mattress stitch or the Bickford method.
