This simple pattern is perfect for an easy project in the round or a quick gift knit. This beanie is named after the street I grew up in Australia. A quiet street in the Queensland town of Rockhampton. There are a lot of fond and warm memories from the house where I spent about 20 years with family and friends. The colours remind me of the local Gum Trees and the Kookaburras that laughed near our house.
