Highland Heather Shawl

Suitable for knitters with a little experience of lace, or a confident/adventurous beginner, it is written in two sizes and the smaller version can be worked with as little as 50g of laceweight yarn or 100g 4-ply/sock yarn.

Example yarns: Small laceweight - Watercolours and Lace Camelhair Lace Medium 4-ply - Watercolours and Lace Teeswater 4-ply or Blue Faced Leicester 4-ply Large laceweight - Watercolours and Lace Blue Faced Leicester Lace

The main body is worked in variations on a diamond pattern, with an edging that can be blocked into neat points. Pattern includes instructions for optional picot edging.
