**About the Design:**These ladies’ mittens come in tons of options: 2 weights of yarn, 2 and 3 color Houndstooth patterning, up to 3 sizes, and 2 thumb styles. They are sampled in Cascade Yarns Cascade 220 and 128 Solids and Tweeds. Make a fun pair of mittens for yourself or for a gift!
Yarns are listed for the worsted wt. 2 and 3 color versions. The chunky wt versions use:2 color option -Cascade Yarns 128 Chunky Tweed, 90% Peruvian Highland wool/10% Donegal, 128 yd/100 g hank: 1 hank #7625 Tan (A) and Cascade Yarns 128 Chunky Solid. 128 yd/100 g hank, 1 hank #7628 Natural (B).
3 color option -128 Chunky Solid, 1 hank each: #9469 Hot Pink (A), #8559 Tangerine (B), and #8910 Citron (C).
Also US size 7 (4.5 mm), 8 (5 mm), and 9 (5.5 mm) dpns.
Gauge: 24 sts and 24 rnds (19 sts and 19 rnds) = 4” over patt with size 7 (9) ndls or size to give gauge.
