Jewel is a soft crescent shaped shawl that uses a long colour change yarn to adorn the shawl with jewels of colour. A rhythmical knit, with colours that evolve as you go, slowly revealing the final piece. With so many stunning long colour change yarns to choose from the possibilities are endless. This shawl is suitable for adventurous beginners, intermediates and experts alike, and takes around 20 hrs and less than 150g of yarn to knit.
Yarn choice: When choosing your colours it is very important to have a good contrast between all of the colours that will be knitted. so make sure all of the shades in the long colour change yarn contrast well with the two background colours.
