Jo-Jo is a very special Elf.
On Christmas Eve, when children are too excited to sleep- that’s when Jo-Jo appears, His sweet face and cuddly body make him the ideal sleepy-time friend to calm and sooth little ones into dreamland! Jo-Jo’s large Elf ears help him to hear children excited voices, so he knows which houses to visit.
His pointy Elf hat is sewn into place so that it can’t get lost in the duvet during the night and his bright red collar, cuffs and matching boots complete his Christmas costume.
Jo-Jo is easily knitted, using basic shaping. The head, body and legs are knitted in one piece. His arms, hat and collar are knitted and sewn on separately.
Creating his sweet face is easy- I explain my favorite method of adding eyes to soft toys in this 6 page pattern. No embroidery skills are needed!
