Knitted Forget-me-not

Off to University? Off travelling? A gift for those leaving, or for those that you may be leaving behind. Small enough for a pocket, brooch or added to a bag or purse.

Made from ten knitted petal pieces and a small knitted flower centre piece. Two knitted petal pieces are placed wrong-side side together to form a single completed petal. All pieces are sewn together in the centre with some adding stitching for further detail. Your forget-me-not is then complete, but can then be sewn onto your desired surface such as hessian to be placed within a box frame.

4mm knitting needles (UK 8, US 6)

Double knitting yarn - light or dark blue/lilac, pale yellow, medium brown and cream

Sewing-up needle

Scissors

No toy filling/stuffing is required.
