Knitted Christmas hat is a great way to add some fun to any festive outfit. It’s a quicker hat to knit because it’s knit flat. To create the fluffy brim on this Santa hat I used Phildar Phil Nounours Yarn (100% Polyamide).

Pompom maker (plastic or cardboard) – diameter 5 cm – 6 cm (2 in – 2.5 in) Yarn needle Pair of Scissors

The hat is made by holding two strands of yarn together: for brim – 1 ball of white merino yarn & 1 ball of white fluffy Phildar yarn; for hat – 2 balls of red merino yarn.
