Cozy and comfortable with a double brim, and a bold diamond pattern, fun for working your own color combinations!
Hat is knit bottom up beginning with the inside brim, adding colorwork, then turning/joining the double brim and continuing the colorwork through the crown.

Yarn: Cascade 220 Merino (220yds/200m, 100g/3.5oz, 100% Merino Wool) 1 skein each: A- #18 Olive Green, B - #19 Moss Green (or #48 Navy and #11 Gray)
Needles: US 6 (4mm) 16”/40cm circular and double point needles, or size to obtain gauge US 5 (3.75mm) 16”/40cm circular If you tend to knit color work tightly, go up 1-2 needle sizes
Gauge: 20 sts and 28 rows = 4”/10cm in stockinette
