La Tua Scelta

La Tua Scelta, meaning "Your choice", is actually four different shawl patterns in one - there's a baktus, a narrow crescent, a boomerang, and a curly boomerang - choose the shape you like the best, or make all four!

The yarn weight is also up to you, and the pattern includes suggested yarn/hook combinations and sample gauges for fingering weight through worsted weight. Gauge is not terribly important, you want to achieve a decent amount of drape, and avoid a stiff fabric. Feel free to experiment to find the best yarn/hook combination to achieve the fabric and drape you like - again, your choice.

Each shape begins with a narrow point, and increases in width every two rows. You can choose to increase throughout for an asymmetrical boomerang or curly boomerang shawl, or choose a narrow baktus shaped shawl, or a narrow crescent shaped shawl using decreases in the second half - take your pick.
