This pattern is a great introduction to lace knitting using basic stitches. The light scarf measures about 11.5cm x 110cm (4.5in x 43in). It is a comfortable size for a child and ideal for adults who wish to have a small accessory around the neck during the changing seasons.
The yarn shade I used for this scarf is provided in the pattern, but it is now discontinued. I am suggesting an additional suitable yarn, but other DK, or thicker yarns for a winter warmer, can be used too.
