A truly unique, but simple design for a versatile convertible poncho/wrap that's suitable for knitters of all experience levels! It can be worn as a:
- Poncho
-Wrap/shawl
-Skirt
Each of two pieces is worked flat with a cutout for the neck/waist opening. The two pieces are connected together on one side with a 3-needle BO and buttons on the other, giving the ability to wear the garment closed (as a poncho or skirt) or open (as a wrap or shawl).
Design Specifics:
- Four unique lace patterns per piece (eight total) separated by a lace divider.
- No increases or decreases - very easy to focus on the lace patterns and have fun!
- Garter stitch border along edges and neck provides unity and stability.
- Requires (5) 7/8” buttons
