Purse is knit in one piece. Base is knit flat in an oval shape. Stitches are picked up all around the edges of the base and then knit in a round. Color changes and decreases are made as you go. Straps are worked separately and attached together at the top with kitchener stitch. An i-cord edge is added to the handle and around the base of the bag.
Bag is felted in the washing machine on hot.
