The Legacy Mandala is a fresh take on the lace doilies of old. It's not hard to imagine a smaller version of this under a vase at your grandmother's house.
The Legacy Mandala is stretched onto a 90cm wire hoop, which I found at lampenkapmaterialen dot nl which is local to me. There are stockists all over the world though, search for a site that sells lamp or even gymnastics accessories.
The pattern calls for two balls of Scheepjes Legacy in Nr. 6 mercerised in off-white. You can easily substitute for Scheepjes Catona if you would prefer a bright colour. If you prefer a non-mercerised yarn, the Nr. 6 is also available with a natural finish and you can substitute it for Scheepjes Cotton 8/Sunkissed/Catona Denim/Whirlette.
