Choose three colours in soft, medium-weight yarn to make this blanket. To achieve the checkered look, use three yarns of the same colour, in a different shade. You'll need about 430yds (400m) of the main colour, and about 215yds (200m) of each accent colour.
Finished size is 23"x23" (58cm x 58cm).
You don't need a pom-pom maker to make these adorable fluffy corner decorations—all you need is some old cardboard and some sharp scissors (instructions included).
