When life gives you lemons, which it seems to do often, make the Lemonade Bucket Hat. This is a great stress busting pattern, that produces beautiful results. I named it the Lemonade Bucket Hat because it is made with the “Lemon Peel” Stitch. This is a very simple repeating pattern that works up quickly, and it can be adorned in many different ways. I hope you enjoy it.
Materials:– Any size 4 yarn will probably work, but for my Hat, I used I Love This Cotton in Buttercup. You can use cotton for summer, and Acrylic for winter. Approximately 86 to 212 Yards depending on size. – Size J/10-6.00mm and I/9-5.50mm Crochet Hook (I use Boye) I crochet loose, if you do not, you may need to go up a hook size. – Tapestry Needle - Stitch marker to use at the beginning stitch of the round to make it easier to find.
I have included the patterns for The Lemon Tree Flower Applique, Mouse Ears, and Rose in this pattern.
