A modern, bright and airy winter decoration to hang in your home. Quick and easy to create, suitable for beginners. The pattern creates a base fabric in crochet which is then embellished with sewn cross stitch for the lettering.
This pattern uses James C Brett It's Pure Cotton DK, 1 ball each in cream, purple and aqua.
You'll need a 4mm hook for the crochet, and a tapestry needle for the cross stitch.
You'll also need something to hang it up with- a long knitting needle or a thin piece of dowel, and perhaps ribbon or string tied to the ends of the rod.
