Lightweight Haylee Bauble Ornament

This ornament is worked in simple half double crochet stitches, and has 3 sizes – perfect to create a fun variety of ornaments. Personalized ornaments are one of my favorite things to gift each holiday season. You can change up the colors to better match the recipients theme, or embellish with buttons or appliques. Video tutorial included. You'll need some lightweight #3 yarn (I've used Baby Bee Sweet Delight Yarn in Airplane and Angel, and I Love This Sportweight Yarn in Red) but you can experiment with #2 and #3 weight yarns - just check gauge along the way. I've also used styrofoam balls, but you could also use store bought baubles or fiberfill stuffing. For reference, the medium size took me just under 45 minutes to work up.
