There are times when I teach how to do a knit pattern on the Marly Bird™ YouTube channel and I think to myself, ‘hmmm, I should do something like this in crochet!’ Well, that is how this pattern started. I was teaching how to make the Brighten My Day shawl pattern and I knew that the new yarn by Red Heart, Hopscotch would be GREAT and easily made into a similar shawl. So that is what I did.
