LIPARI Bag is a quick and easy crochet project for more sustainability in summer. The shape of the bag is inspired by the classic plastic bag and the idea behind the design is to use a crochet bag instead of a plastic one. This bag is perfectly suitable for shopping in a grocery store or at the farmers market and is made with a 0% artificial fibers yarn. Cotton and hemp are natural, solid fibers that make the bag long living, without releasing micro plastic particles to the sewage while washing and stressing the environment for long time after disposal.
The bag is crochet in two parts using double and single crochet stitches that are sewed together for more shape stability at the end. The transition between the bag body and bag holders is worked slightly rounded.
