This project is great for leftover yarn you may have laying around. Chloe weighs between 1 ¼ to 2 ½ oz or 35 to 70 grams depending on which yarn you use. She is approximately 8 ½ inches or 22 cm tall, for a smaller or larger Amigurumi use a different tension.
Chloe is great as a gift, charity project or item to sell.
This pattern is designed for flatbed knitting machines. It was created using a standard gauge, flatbed knitting machine (Brother KH-910). You should be able to use the pattern on other gauge size machines. It is essential that the knitting machine allows you to knit with needles in hold position.
Approximate tension:
4” / 10 cm square = 40 sts x 60 rows (2.5 ply) 4” / 10 cm square = 34 sts x 50 rows (4 ply) 4” / 10 cm square = 27 sts x 38 rows (8 ply)
