This is a pattern for a handknit coaster with embroidered elements. This pattern was created in conjunction with a bunnymuff post shared on The Woolly Thistle Blog (6/11/2020).
Stitches are cast on and the coaster is worked before blocking and embroidery.
This pattern includes helpful photos to show the sts at various stages, in addition to charts. One chart shows the elements drawn on the grid and the other is a plain chart, so you may experiment.If you have never embroidered before, you may need to look up more detailed instructions. There are no instructions for individual embroidery sts
