These knitted shorties/ slippers socks are knitted toe up on 3.5 mm DPN’s. Fits those tiny, sweet baby feet in first size. An excellent baby gift, or just a nice way to use up some leftovers. The little panda is appliqued after the socks were knitted. I used a duplicate knit stitch.
**Knitting Gauge:**14 sts and 17 rows to 5 x 5 cm = 2” x 2” in stocking stitch (knit row on right side, purl row on wrong side) and 3.5 mm needles.
**Needles:**1 x 3.5 mm (US 4) straight or short circular needles
