Little Zebra With A Big Bow Tie

Make a cuddly zebra with this simple to follow knitting pattern. He looks dapper in a bright bow tie, and can be knitted from any chunky yarn you have in your stash.

This pattern is suitable for knitters with just a little experience. Knitted in stocking-stitch on straight knitting needles, there is no working in the round. All stitches are explained, and step by step instructions take you through the making and sewing up.

Suggested Yarns: We used a ball each of Stylecraft Special Chunky in colours White and Black, plus a small amount of colour Spice for the bow tie. You can of course use any chunky yarns you prefer. You will also need a pair of straight 4.5mm knitting needle, toy stuffing, darning needle, and a pair of 9mm black safety eyes with click-on backs OR you can embroider the eyes with black yarn.

Zebra measures 45cm tall when completed
